Description

Certifications Required: BLS* **Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility. Client rates reduced by $8.00/hour.** - Type of Facility: Nursing Home attached to hospital.

Ratios: RN's: 1:20. LPN's 1:20. CNA's1:8. - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Dementia, frail, elderly, rehabilitation. - Job Duties: Charting, assessments, charge duties, medications, clinical skills such as: IV's, caths, ostomy, etc. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Elderly experience. - Are there IV's or titratable drips?: Yes. - Area there Tele monitors? If so do you have monitor techs on this unit? Do RN's read strips?: No. - Are RN's required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab?: No. - DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Yes. - Physician availability after hours: Yes.
