Description
HIGHLIGHTS:
- 2 years of Hospice experience needed
- Yes, if they have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Valid DL and insurance
- Skills required: End of life care/planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, triage
- EMR: EPIC Remote Client – experience preferred
- Shift times: M-F 0800-1630; (4) 10 hour shifts may also be available
- ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Weekend rotation: No weekends
- Call: No call
- Holiday Expectations: No holidays
- Approval of time off: Manager to approve all RTO
- Orientation (how many shifts): up to 1 week, based on comfort level
