Location: Bloomfield, New Mexico
Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $$75-$85/hour, based on experience
Travel & Housing: Fully covered

Position Overview

Arc Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens primary care opportunity near Bloomfield, New Mexico. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, manageable patient volume, and a minimum commitment starting at just six weeks.

Schedule & Assignment Details

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Approximately 13–15 patients per day
No weekends
Minimum commitment of 6 weeks or longer
ASAP start
Outpatient primary care setting

Provider Requirements

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Valid and unrestricted professional license
Valid, unrestricted DEA with Schedule II–V authorization
No history of loss or suspension of medical/professional licensure
No lapse in clinical practice greater than 6 months prior to the assignment
Must disclose any applicable malpractice lawsuits, board actions, or licensing issues
Ability to commit to at least 6 weeks
