Description
Candidate Qualifications & Hard Requirements
- Licensure: Active Ohio Nursing License or valid Compact License in hand at submission.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Education: Graduate from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (hard stop).
- Technical Skills Required:
- Charting: Proficiency with EPIC.
- Core ICU Skills: IV Starts, Telemetry, Ventilator Management, Titrating Vasoactive/Cardiac Drips, Central/Arterial Line Care, EVDs, Temp Pacers, Chest Tubes.
