Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services and help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification,
• Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
