Shift Notes:
Nights 3x12-Hour (7 Pm - 7 Am)
Job Description:
Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and discharge care.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital policies.
Respond appropriately to changes in patients’ conditions.
Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary team communication.
