Description

L&D RN with 1+ year Labor & Delivery experience preferred
Must be able to circulate in the OR
Must float to Mother/Baby and care for couplets
Must float to other units as a safety companion
Montana RN license required
AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring/FHM required
Modified primary nursing model; strong assessment, care planning, and patient/family education skills
Must be comfortable in a busy, high-stress environment with varied shifts, weekends, and possible call
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Traveler must live at least 90 miles from the facility
Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
Strong collaboration, clinical judgment, and OB/L&D skills required
