Travel Cardiac Sonographer – Echo Tech
Position: Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Tech
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Varies
Local Candidates: Not accepted within 50 miles
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist for a 12-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and the required cardiac and vascular credentials.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the cardiac sonography specialty.
- BLS certification required.
- RDCS and RVT certification required.
- Must meet the required echocardiography credentialing standards.
Accepted Echocardiography Credentials
One of the following is required:
- RDCS – Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer through ARDMS
- RCS – Registered Cardiac Sonographer through CCI
- RCCS – Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer through CCI
- Advanced Cardiac Sonographer credential through CCI
Additional Vascular Credential
One of the following is required:
- RVT – Registered Vascular Technologist through ARDMS
- RVS – Registered Vascular Specialist through CCI
- Registered Technologist in Vascular Sonography (RT-VS) through ARRT
Assignment Details
- Contract: 12 weeks
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Schedule: Variable
- Experience: 2+ years in specialty
- BLS: Required
- Local Radius: Candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
