OFFERING UP TO 26 WEEKS - please notate preference in submittal**Holiday coverage is required; however, any RTO during holidays must remain flexible to accommodate staffing demands.**Must have OB, Mother/Baby and L&DNo RTO first TWO WEEKS of contractMinimum years of experience: 2 yearsPatient ratios We follow AWHONN guidelines for staffingAdditional Requirements: Will work in all areas of LDRPCertificationsRequired: ACLS (AHA), BLS(AHA), NRP, AWHONN Intermediate and/or NCC C-EFMPreferred: AWHONN AdvancedSkillsRequired: Circulate, FHM TriagePreferred: ScrubWEEKEND REQUIREMENT: Will work every other weekendFLOAT: Will float to the house as sitter when needed; will float to Kalamazoo, (27 miles) when the need exists and census allows.CALL: NoneEMR: EPIC15 bed LDRP unit with 3 triage bays and 2 operating rooms.RNs provide antepartum, labor and delivery, OR circulating, scrub nurse, newborn nurse at delivery and couplet care. Our nurses perform lab draws and hearing screens on newborns.Scrubs will be providedWill be trained to complete newborn infant hearing screens (ALGO 5 Machine used)
