Submission Requirements

• LOCAL CANDIDATES ACCEPTED.
• This unit has historically maintained a 1:7 patient ratio. The high volume of open travel needs are a direct response to fix this ratio – the more travelers who fill the vacancies, the lower the ratio will be.
• 48-hour or 36 hour contracts
• 8, 10, or 13 week contracts
• 2 years of previous experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred]
• State license IL [required] IA on offer   [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• Chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, Drains, Central Lines [required]
• Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, Argatroban. Some titration. [required]
  
  **Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. **
