Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray / CT
Facility: Samaritan Health Services
Shift: Days, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Position Summary
Samaritan Health Services is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join its Diagnostic Imaging team. The department utilizes advanced imaging technology to support healthcare teams with fast and accurate diagnostic information.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT RT(R) credential required
- Current, unencumbered Oregon Radiologic Technology license required
- Healthcare Provider BLS required
- Hospital-based radiology experience preferred
- CT experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures safely and accurately.
- Operate imaging equipment according to established protocols.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality.
- Follow radiation safety and infection-control standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide appropriate patient care throughout imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow department policies.
