• Shift Details: Nights (4x12 Hours, 18:00 – 06:30); option of 36 or 48 hours per week. For 48 hours pay package is $2566/week

What the Facility Wants (Requirements & Expectations)

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience required (first-time travelers accepted).
• License & Certifications: Active NM or Compact license accepted (pending license allowed at submission, must be obtained prior to start). Required certifications: BLS and NRP.
• Radius & Local Rules: Strict 50-mile local radius (local candidates are not accepted). Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.

Clinical & Unit Overview

• Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend. All RTO must be listed at the time of submittal (max of 4 days RTO can be auto-approved).
• Floating Expectations: Travelers are expected to float to like units within their scope as needed based on facility needs, with a brief orientation provided on the unit.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Once the contract is signed, travelers are expected to complete labs within 48 business hours. Onsite modules (4–6 hours for RNs) are non-billable and completed during orientation.
