Description
RN- Whole House Float ICU/PCU/MS Float (MUST be comfortable working ALL ICU, PCU, and MS units) *Please confirm traveler is comfortable with working all three specialties and has worked with ratios of at least 1:5.

Contract Length/Shift Details: 3x12s, 645p-715a
Charting: EPIC experience required
Floating: Staffing needs are Re-evaluated every 4 hours, so traveler could float 2-3 times per shift (up to every 4 hours)
Weekend Requirement: May be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block
Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract
Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission
REQUIRED LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Pending License Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS
=========================
Experienced in IV therapy, phlebotomy, PICC line management, Central Line care/management, arterial line management, and blood product administration
Skilled in central line care, trach management, and non-invasive airway support including nasal cannula, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilator management, and chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac)
Proficient in cardiac monitoring, continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, Titrate Cardiac and vasoactive drips
Background includes ICU experience (2 year +) from a Large L1/L2 facility
