Description

Apheresis Program Manager Position

  • Days: Monday - Friday (onsite)
  • Hours: 7am - 4pm
  • On-Call Rotation: 1 week every 3rd week
    • After hours coverage: 7pm - 7am
    • Weekend coverage included

Job Duties

  • Lead the Apheresis program with oversight of 12 FTEs
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations
  • Partner with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership
  • Participate in the leadership on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

  • Previous apheresis leadership experience - REQUIRED
  • FACT accreditation experience - REQUIRED
  • RN license - REQUIRED
  • Cellular apheresis experience - REQUIRED
  • Pediatric experience - REQUIRED
  • Strong background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy
  • Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience
