Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Travel LPN to provide high-quality nursing care across various healthcare settings. As a Travel LPN, you will support facilities experiencing staffing needs while delivering consistent, patient-centered care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care: Monitor vital signs, administer medications (oral, topical, injections), perform wound care, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, and mobility.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and care plans in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Patient & Family Communication: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care; serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with RNs, physicians, and allied health staff to implement care plans, participate in rounds, and ensure smooth patient transitions.
