Description

Travel Medical Technologist – Blood Bank / HPC Lab

Shift: Mid, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Schedule: 5×8s, Monday–Friday
Contract: 13 weeks / 91 days
Charting: Epic
Weekend: Rotating
Call: None

Requirements

3+ years of experience required
Active LA license required — must be in hand
Epic experience required
ASCP preferred
Blood Bank experience required
HPC processing & cryopreservation experience preferred

Key Details

Blood irradiation and blood product splitting
Plasma reduction on plateletpheresis
Blood banking, crossmatching and transfusion reaction workups
Quality control, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Float within department
7 weekend shifts during the contract
