Description
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in an Inpatient Hospice Unit. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing meaningful, patient-centered end-of-life care and supporting patients and their families through challenging times.
Hospice nurses serve as both clinicians and educators, helping patients identify their personal goals of care while providing caregivers with the knowledge and confidence needed to care for their loved ones.
The ideal Hospice RN will have:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent symptom-management abilities.
- Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to care for patients across a wide range of diseases and conditions.
