Experience & Qualifications
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Clinical Skills: Must have experience in general OR, vascular cases, and cardiac open-heart cases (specifically circulating on heart cases such as CABG, heart valves, MVR, or AVR valves).
- Charting System: Epic experience is required.
Scheduling & Call Requirements
- On-Call Expectations: Minimum of 1 weekend per month (24-hour on-call) and night call, plus availability for 1 or 2 nights per week (8-hour call shifts).

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
