As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you'll be a vital member of the healthcare team, performing laboratory testing that assists physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, and treating patients.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing chemical, microscopic, and microbiological testing
- Operating laboratory instruments and automated analyzers
- Preparing, labeling, and processing specimens
- Performing quality control procedures
- Analyzing and reporting laboratory results
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies
- Supervising and supporting phlebotomy staff as needed
- Assisting with workflow coordination and laboratory operations
