Requirements

5 years acute patient care experience
2 years Wound Care experience
Graduate of accredited/NLN-approved RN program
BSN preferred
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Current Florida RN license
Strong leadership and patient/nurse education skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Basic computer/data entry skills

Responsibilities

Manage inpatient skin and wound care
Coordinate clinical services for wound patients
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Provide wound-care education to patients and staff
Follow Florida Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
