Description

Requirements:

5 years of experienece.
BLS
ACLS
Recent cardiac/telemetry nursing experience required.
Strong experience with TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and cardiac catheterization.
Experience with pre-op/post-op open-heart and CABG patients.
Proficiency with cardiac IV/PO medications and cardiac drips, including Cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, lidocaine, milrinone, heparin, and insulin.
Experience managing CHF, chest pain, arrhythmias, STEMI/NSTEMI, PE, sepsis, pneumonia, and stroke patients.
Knowledge of anticoagulation, TR band management, and groin site management.
Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac complications.
Complete and maintain an accurate skills checklist reflecting actual clinical experience.
