Job Title: RN – Inpatient Rehab

Location: Springdale, AR 72765
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Mandatory Qualifications for This Job

Active Arkansas RN license or Multistate/Compact RN license required.
Minimum 1+ year of recent acute-care RN experience required.
Experience in Inpatient Rehab, Med/Surg, ICU, PCU, or Emergency Department (ED) accepted.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Candidate must reside 50+ miles from the facility.
Cerner EMR experience preferred.
Must be comfortable learning and using Cerner after one orientation shift.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to inpatient rehab patients.
Assess patients and monitor vital signs and condition changes.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor progress and support rehabilitation goals.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans.
Follow safety, infection-control, and hospital protocols.
Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination.

This is a 13-week Travel RN – Inpatient Rehab position in Springdale, AR, offering night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with an ASAP start. Candidates need an active Arkansas or Multistate RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of recent acute-care experience in Inpatient Rehab, Med/Surg, ICU, PCU, or ED. Candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility. Cerner experience is preferred, but candidates comfortable learning Cerner after one orientation shift are welcome.
