Assignment Details

• Shift: Days, 3x12s (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• 3 of 6 holidays required
• No on-call requirement
• No float requirement
• Scrubs provided (Navy Blue)

Job Summary

• Evaluates patients and assists physicians with patient care, focused more on postpartum nursing than Labor & Delivery
• Plans, implements, and documents individualized nursing care based on ongoing patient assessment
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions and manages patient care per standards of practice and clinical priorities
• Advocates for and supports evidence-based practice standards and care innovations
• Delivers patient-centric care aligned with the facility's professional nursing practice model

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Mother Baby experience required (posting also separately lists 2 years as "preferred")
• Mother Baby couplet care experience required
• BLS (must be AHA) and NRP required
• Education: ASN required, BSN preferred
