Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Assignment
Location: Metro Toledo, OH | Toledo, Flower & Bay Park Hospitals
Experience: 1+ year | First-time travelers accepted
Scrubs: Grey
Local: No travelers within 50 miles
Requirements
- OH RRT License must be in hand at submission
- BLS & ACLS required
- NRP required before start
- Adult Critical Care & ED experience required
- Epic experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred; must be comfortable with basic pediatric RT care
- High-risk experience preferred; otherwise must be willing to complete onsite high-risk training
Responsibilities
- Adult, geriatric & pediatric respiratory care
- Ventilator management: BiPAP, CPAP, mechanical ventilation & weaning
- Airway management, suctioning, intubation assist & extubation
- ABG sampling/interpretation, ETCO2 monitoring & CPR
- Respiratory treatments, nebulizers, oxygen therapy & pulmonary hygiene
- Assist with rapid responses, emergency codes and high-risk deliveries
Equipment: Servo I, Avea, Bella Vista
Floating: Required between Toledo, Flower & Bay Park Hospitals as needed, including mid-shift floating.
