Description

Call expectations:
1. Schedule - 4, 10hr shifts Monday through Friday, 6:30am - 5pm.
2. How many days of call is directly related to how many staff members we have, so it is not concrete. We try to keep call shifts limited to 7 days total for the month. This includes one Friday - Sunday and four weeknights of call. Weeknight call is 5pm - 6:30am. Weekend call is 5pm Friday - 6:30am Monday morning.
Case types:
1. We have EP, cath, and structure cases.
2. EP - ablations, EP studies, devices (pacemakers, ICD, etc.), lead extractions, cardioversions
3. Cath - Left Heart Caths, Right Heart Caths, transvenous pacing, impella insertion/removals, peripheral cases
4. Structure - Watchmans, Valve Procedures, PFOs, ECMO
