Description
Position: Ophthalmic Technician
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Thursday-Friday (40 hours/week)
Pay: $1,920/week travel package
Setting: Outpatient/Ophthalmology Clinic, Northwell Health
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: Sep 28, 2026
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Ophthalmic Technician experience
- COA certification preferred
- Scribing experience is a plus
- Epic experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vision screenings
- Administer eye medications
- Clean ophthalmic instruments and equipment
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
