Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (RN-ICU) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The RN-ICU will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients across a broad spectrum of medical conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert assessment, intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological monitoring to determine immediate needs and ongoing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision, including IV infusions, medication management, and aseptic techniques to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, dialysis machines, and telemetry systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists in procedures such as cardiac catheterization, catheterization, suturing, and ostomy care to support diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

Required Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of RN ICU experience required
• ACLS and BLS required
• NY RN License
