RN – Interim Health Services Director

Position: RN / Interim Health Services Director

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations and daily nursing services
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Monitor and maintain resident/patient care quality and safety
Train, supervise, and mentor nurses and caregivers
Coordinate patient/resident care with physicians, families, and outside healthcare providers
Support nursing staff with clinical guidance and leadership
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies
Address clinical concerns and help maintain continuity of care

Candidate Requirements

RN license required
Previous nursing leadership/management experience strongly preferred
Experience supervising or mentoring nursing staff
Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and care-coordination skills
Must be comfortable overseeing nursing/caregiver teams
