Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional for a travel assignment at a Providence facility. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Valid Compact State License in hand at the time of submission
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Ability to work the assigned Monday–Friday schedule
• Willingness to participate in 3 call shifts every 2 weeks
• Ability to float to nearby sister facilities when required
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Scheduling & RTO

• RTO and specific scheduling requests must be provided at the time of submission
• Up to 7 days of RTO is preferred
• Candidates must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day
• Additional RTO may require client approval and could delay the offer

Additional Information

• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a lower rate
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
• Travelers may be required to float between nearby Providence facilities
• Pre-start and annual modules are required and are non-billable
