Pay & Hours

• Pay Rate: $61/hour total package
• W-2 Taxable Rate: $30/hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $31/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,952/week

  • $992 Tax-Free Stipend

Schedule

• Shift: Evening
• Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Orientation: August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM

Position Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with CNAs, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team.
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Active RN license eligible to work in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS certification.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.
• Successful completion of facility and agency credentialing requirements.
