Description
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
- Years of Experience: 1 year PCU or stepdown
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac patient populations, chest tubes, cardiac monitoring and cardiac drips, and cardiac stepdown populations
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: PCU/ Stepdown patient populations, Low level ICU skills
- Personality Fit: Teamwork is a must
- Required Education: Associate
- Shift: 12 hour shifts
- Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend
- Float Requirements: yes

- Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 for the Cardiac patients and 1:3-4 for PCU/stepdown population
- Number of Beds: 36
- Equipment: telemetry monitoring
- EHR: Cerner
- Patient Population Cardiac population with trauma and stepdown level of care, Telemetry
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Chest pain, VATS, Stroke/TIA, Pre&Post Open Heart Surgery, Pacemakers, Heart Blocks, Vascular, CHF
