•             Must have two years of experience in the area being submitted to.
•             Must have a minimum of 1 recent travel assignment within the past year, prior to being submitted to any position at Renown.

Must pass a telemetry competency exam to include identifying and measuring rhythm strips.
BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (APEX)

Unit Description:
29 bed unit that is staffed with RN's and CNA/CCT's. Staffing matrix is between 1:4-6 patients. Ancillary staff includes, but is not limited to, a Rapid Response Team, phlebotomists, EKG technicians, Respiratory Therapists, and Physical and Occupational Therapists. Patient population is a combination of tele and medical status patients, all tele patients are monitored remotely by a CCT. Patient population includes treatment of any medical or stable telemetry diagnoses - COPD, sepsis, COVID and other respiratory illnesses, ETOH withdrawl, DM, GI bleed, etc. May float to Intensive Care Units for a telemetry/medical appropriate assignment, medical-surgical units, as well Renown South Meadows.

Additional Comments:
Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period. RSchedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.

Hospital Information:
Extremely busy and fast paced environment serving a 500-mile radius. Level 2 trauma center, Stroke accreditation, 800 inpatient bed hospital, 80 ER beds. The volume and pace required to work here are that of level 1 trauma center
