Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RN – ICU/CCU with 2+ years of recent acute care hospital inpatient experience. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions. The RN should be skilled in continuous patient monitoring, ventilator management, medication administration, and recognizing changes in patient condition. Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies are essential. The candidate will also collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU setting.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments as ordered.
• Manage and monitor patients requiring ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other critical care interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team while responding promptly to emergencies and maintaining accurate documentation.
