Mother Baby RN – Travel Contract

Location: Canton, Georgia
Department: Mother Baby / Postpartum
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Varies
Local Rule: No local candidates within 50 miles

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mother Baby Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to postpartum mothers and newborns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent Mother Baby/Postpartum experience.

Responsibilities

Provide care to postpartum mothers and newborns.
Monitor maternal and newborn conditions.
Assist with postpartum recovery and newborn care.
Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Maintain accurate patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

Minimum 2 years of recent Mother Baby RN experience Active RN license AHA BLS – Required NRP – Required Strong maternal and newborn care experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work variable schedules
