$1,246/week (Non-Taxable) + $2,650/week (Taxable on W2)
Hourly Rate- $39/hr
OT Rate-$78/hr
Blended Rate-$73.61/hr

2 years of experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM, IA License required
