<h3>RN – Long-Term Care (LTC) | Job Description</h3>Facility: Pine Valley Community Village Location: Richland Center, Wisconsin Setting: Nursing Home / Long-Term Care Position: Registered Nurse (RN)Schedule:<ul><li>8-hour Day Shift</li><li>6:00 AM – 2:30 PM</li><li>40 hours per week</li><li>Every Other Weekend (EOW) required</li><li>5 shifts per week</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.</li><li>Assess and monitor residents' health conditions.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.</li><li>Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records.</li><li>Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and the care team.</li><li>Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.</li><li>Respond to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions.</li><li>Ensure quality care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.</li></ul>
