Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM 0615 start, 5x8 or 4x10 Description: Quicklyinterviewing viable candidates: Phonecall/text from a 405 area codeAs a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributesprofessional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management ofcare to patients.The traveler may be asked tofloat within the samedisciplineacross local campuses.EMR:EPIC
Submission requirements: 2 years experience [required]BLS [required]Mandatory reporter [required]EPIC experience [required]Iowa license [required]CNOR [preferred]travel experience in OR [required] may consider no travel with 5+ years of exp.Patient ratios: 3:1Types of surgery: Outpatient surgeries and infusion patients, infusion meds, some titrations.(Blood, Platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, Antibiotics (NO CHEMO)Profile should includeDriver s License [required]Work history/resume [required]Skills checklist (must have beencompleted within 1 year of submission date)
**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles fromfacility. **Madison, sioux city, Bettendorf and Fort Dodge level 3trauma centerMoline level 2 trauma centerMuscatine level 4 trauma centerRock Island level 1 trauma center OnCall:1weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday a month and roughly 4 weekday calls per month. May need to take a holiday call if coverage is needed. WeekendDescription:4th weekend Certifications:BLS (AHA),ACLS (AHA)
