🏥 What You'll Do
As a Travel CVOR RN, you will play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality care throughout the perioperative process. Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients
- Performing ongoing patient assessments and monitoring health status
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care
- Providing patient education and health counseling
- Executing appropriate medical functions within your scope of practice
- Monitoring treatment plans and communicating changes to the healthcare team
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilizing hospital resources effectively
- Supporting patient safety and quality-care initiatives
- Floating to other departments when required and within your competencyÂ
