Description
Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg / Ortho / Neuro Float Pool
Location: Janesville, WI 53548
Competitive Weekly Pay: $2315
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Mandatory Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute inpatient hospital RN experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Education verification required
- Experience in Med-Surg, Ortho, Neuro, or Float Pool preferred
- Must be willing to float between Medical, Surgical/Pediatrics, Ortho/Neuro, and Sub-Acute units
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using Epic EMR.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families while ensuring safe, quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with hospital standards.
