CONTRACT - DIETITIAN - NUTRITION (769) - 13 WEEKS - MON-FRI 7:00A-3:00P
Weekdays; REQUIRED CERTIFICATION-RD (registered dietitian), LD (licensed dietitian) in state of Texas; Critical care experience is preferred
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Critical care
· Adults, geriatrics
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· NICU experience (to help support NICU RD, when out on PTO)
·
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Nutrition-focused physical exams
· IMobile communication app with Providers and other healthcare team members ---ease in relaying nutrition recommendations for timely implementation
· CNM and senior RD with 10+ years of experience each at Del Sol Medical Center
· Order-writing privileges for adding oral supplements, downgrading diets, modifying enteral nutrition orders once MD places initial order
· RD office NOT located in Dietary 😊
