Description
Full-time school-based position with the BCIU BRIDGE Program in Reading, PA. We are seeking a fully credentialed School Counselor, School Social Worker, or School-Based Licensed Professional Counselor with a valid PDE certification.
This role supports elementary students ages 8-11 with behavioral, emotional, social, and mental health needs. Responsibilities include providing counseling, crisis intervention, behavior support, case management, and collaborating with teachers, families, special education teams, and outside service providers. Experience working with Grades 3-5 students, particularly in a BRIDGE or other structured intervention setting, is highly preferred.
