Position Summary LDRP Registered Nurse needed for a unit featuring 12 LDRP rooms, 1 OR suite for C-sections, and 1 triage bed (averaging 50–60 births per month). Responsibilities include following AWHONN staffing ratios, providing couplet care, circulating in the OR during C-sections, and titrating Pitocin.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum experience with LDRP, couplet care, and OR circulating required
- Active nursing license required (Driver's License must be submitted; strict 60-mile radius rule applies)
- Required Certifications: ACLS, NRP, and BLS
- Compliance & Hiring Process: Direct clinical interview with the MedSol Clinical Team (no unit manager involvement); must be in-state for the first week of orientation

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
