- Specialty: Operating Room (OR Circulator & PACU)
- Location: Berlin, New Hampshire (Androscoggin Valley Hospital)
- Shift: Days (8-hour shifts, 07:00 - 15:30)

Position Summary Operating Room Registered Nurse needed for a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. Responsibilities require both circulating and PACU experience across specialties including General Surgery, GI, OBGYN, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Cataracts, and Podiatry. On-call requirements include 1 rotating weekday per week (3:30 PM to 7:00 AM) and every 5th weekend (Friday 3:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have both Circulating and PACU experience (Scrub experience highly preferred)
- Experience across required specialties: General, GI, OBGYN, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Cataracts, and Podiatry
- Active New Hampshire RN license required at submission
- Required Certifications: Active AHA-certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Submission profile requirements: Work history, OR skills checklist, 1 supervisory signed reference from the past year, permanent address, and RTO details

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
