Position Overview

Samaritan Medical Center is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join its Oncology Department for a 13-week travel assignment.

Requirements

Current NY Radiation Therapist license in hand
Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience
BLS/BCLS certification required
ARRT registration required
Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Experience with Varian TrueBeam, IX, and ARIA preferred/required per facility workflow
Previous travel experience required

13-week contract
8-hour day shifts
40 guaranteed hours/week
Travel candidates only
100-mile radius rule
No call
No floating
Biweekly billing cycle
