RN Supervisor – LTC/SNF

Shift: Nights, 10:45 PM–7:00 AM | 38 guaranteed hours/week | Every other weekend
Experience: 1+ year RN Leadership experience 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility.
• Monitor resident changes in condition and address clinical issues.
• Contact physicians/NPs and coordinate outside services as needed.
• Perform RN-only skills including IV starts, central-line care, chest-tube management, admission orders, and fall assessments.
• Measure wounds; wound staging is performed by the NP.

Requirements & Details

• Prior PointClickCare (PCC) experience required.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Residents include LTC, skilled, rehab, dementia, and hospice patients age 18+.
• No floating required; supervisor covers the entire building.
• No call/standby; scheduled shifts will be worked in full.

• Holiday coverage required when scheduled.
