Registered Nurse – Memphis, Tennessee
Local Pay: $ 49.00 /hour-W2
Travel Pay:
Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $20.20, Stipend (Lodging $833.00 + M&I $364.00) = $1197.00,
Total Comp :$1,924.20
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:
- Night Shift- 06.00pm - 06.30am
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unrestricted TN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
