Description
RN – Diabetes Clinic
Facility: Tsehootsooi Medical Center
Location: Arizona
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Weekends/Holidays: None
Requirements
- Active RN License
- AHA BLS & ACLS
- Current CDE certification obtained within the last 3 years
- 3+ years recent specialty experience
- Clinic experience mandatory
- Strong critical-thinking & triage skills
- Knowledge of ESI (Emergency Severity Index) preferred
Responsibilities
- Diabetes-related assessment and evaluation
- Patient/family education and consultation
- Support diabetes and primary care services
- Provide clinical assessment and triage
Housing: Shared housing may be available; no family/pets.
Orientation: Every other Monday; missed compliance deadline moves start to the next orientation.
