RN – Outpatient Clinic | Olympia, WA 98506
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 5×8 Days
Experience Required: 6 months

Certifications/License: BLS + Active WA or Compact RN License

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Epic nurse inboxes and work queues
- Triage and respond to patient calls and MyChart messages
- Process medication refill requests and route to providers for signature
- Coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and results
- Support high-acuity neurology patients, including infusion coordination such as Leqembi
- Transcribe and document voicemail messages in Epic
- Process clinical faxes requiring provider review/signature
- Abstract and enter laboratory results, including Invitae/GeneDx genetic testing
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support patient safety and continuity of care
- Perform other duties within the RN scope of practice
