Scheduled details 8hr Day, 0700-1530 M- F

Experience Requirements: 2+yrs will have to pass an EKG test first day Circulate: General and eyes, at least 1 travel contract

Preferred: scrub General and eyes .

Call: about once a week. (including weekend and weekday), must be within a 30 min drive to the hospital, min call back time is 2hrs

License/ Certification Requirements: Active IL lic, CPR ACLS Epic experience

Notes: Epic experience, no more than 7days off Floating Requirements: CVOR if has experience Weekend Requirements: on call rotation Holidays-No
