Description
Role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: North Dakota
Setting: Outpatient dialysis center (KDU)
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks (91 days)
Weekend/Holiday: None
Experience: 1 year required
Travel experience: Not required
Patients: Renal failure/dialysis; approximately 95 patients/month, varying by location
Certifications/licenses required:
- MSW or LCSW
- ND licensure
- BLS
- LCSW license listed as required for submission
- Clinical involvement: None
- Coverage: Primary dialysis center plus possible travel/telehealth visits to sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake
- Orientation: 1 week with preceptor support throughout assignment
- Dress code: Business casual/professional for meetings
- Charting: EPIC
- BSN: Not required
- RTO: Must be submitted upfront; maximum 7 days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved.
- Cancellation: 4 shifts per contract; 3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks
- Radius rule: Must live more than 50 miles away
- Facility restriction: Candidate cannot currently be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility affiliated with CommonSpirit, including CHI/Dignity
- Self/block scheduling: Not available
- Must have permanent address which is 50 miles away from the facility
